Javier Castellano
Sets up and sells companies for founders and foreign groups. Former in-house counsel at a listed retailer.
Javier joined Fuero in 2013 after five years as in-house counsel at a listed Spanish retailer, where he negotiated supplier contracts and acquisitions across Europe. The experience left him with a habit that clients notice: he reads a contract the way the business will use it, not the way a lawyer would like to.
He leads the corporate and commercial practice. His work includes incorporations and branch registrations for foreign groups, shareholder and investment agreements for founders, and the Spanish side of cross-border acquisitions. He studied law and business administration at ICADE in Madrid.
