What we do
Most people who come to us have already read three different answers to the same question. The rules behind Spanish visas are not as contradictory as the internet makes them look, but each route has its own office, its own list of documents and its own idea of what a complete file is. We have filed hundreds of applications across the Golden Visa, digital nomad, non-lucrative and work permit routes, and we know what each consulate and each extranjería office checks first.
We start by telling you which route you qualify for, and which you do not, on the first call. Then we build the file with you: translations, apostilles, proof of income and insurance, the forms themselves. You see the complete application before it is filed, and we track it until the card is in your hand. Renewals and the path to permanent residence or nationality are planned from day one, so nothing expires while you are busy living here.
How it starts
Tell us what happened and what you need. You will speak with the partner who handles this kind of matter within two business days, and you will have a written proposal with a fixed fee or a clear estimate within a week. The first thirty minutes cost nothing, whatever you decide afterwards.
What it costs
Fixed fees from €1,500, quoted in writing before any work starts. Official costs such as notary, registry and government fees are listed apart from our fee in every proposal.
Typical matters
Golden Visa and investor residence
Digital nomad and non-lucrative visas
