What we do
A Spanish property purchase has more stages than most buyers expect: the reservation, the private contract, the checks at the land registry and the town hall, the mortgage if there is one, the notary deed and the taxes and registrations that follow. Problems are almost always in the paperwork, not the bricks: an unregistered extension, a debt attached to the property, a tourist licence that does not exist. We find them before you sign, not after.
You can buy from abroad without travelling. With a power of attorney we open the bank account, obtain your NIE, review every document in English and sign at the notary on your behalf, then handle the taxes and the registration of your title. Sellers and landlords get the same care in reverse, including the non-resident tax retention and the rental contracts that Spanish law actually enforces.
