Tomás handles Spanish wills, cross-border estates and family agreements for international couples. He joined Fuero in 2020 after training in the private client department of a Madrid firm and quickly became the lawyer colleagues send their most delicate matters to.
Much of his work is quiet and preventive: a Spanish will that sits properly alongside a foreign one, a succession planned so that heirs abroad are not surprised by Spanish inheritance tax, a custody agreement drafted to be recognised in both countries. Tomás studied law at the Universidad de Salamanca.
